The Airwheel electric suitcase is equipped with a high-cycle lithium battery (73.26Wh) designed for durability and compliance with aviation standards. Proper maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity. Here’s how to care for its battery:
Always use the original charger to avoid damaging the battery. Charge the suitcase when the battery level drops to 20-30% to prevent over-discharge. Avoid leaving it plugged in for extended periods once fully charged. A partial charge is sufficient for short trips, while full charges are recommended for long journeys.
If the suitcase will be stored for extended periods, keep the battery at 50% charge. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. High heat or cold can degrade battery capacity over time.

Do not use the suitcase in environments with temperatures below 0°C or above 45°C. Extreme heat or cold can accelerate battery wear. During summer, avoid leaving it in a hot car, and in winter, protect it from frost.
Periodically check for physical damage to the battery compartment. Ensure the battery is securely attached and the contacts are clean. If you notice swelling, leakage, or unusual smells, stop using it immediately and contact customer support.
